Sehr angenehmes und tolles Hotel. Die Suiten sind sehr modern und sauber. Pool ist sehr schön und angenehm. Sehr netter Empfang. Die South Premium Outlets sind zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Woche wird abends ein kleines kostenloses Abendessen, also Salate und Würstchen zum Beispiel angeboten.

Das Residence Inn befindet sich nicht am Strip von Las Vegas sondern ca 1/2 Mile entfernt. Es eignet sich besonders für längere Aufenthalte da sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten vorhanden sind. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnbereich mit offener Küche. So haben bis zu 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Ich reiste allein. Zusätzlich gibt es 3 Fernseher. Weitere Positive Punkte: Kostenfreises Internet über WLAN, Kostenfreies Frühstück, 2-3 social evenings pro Woche (kostenfreies Abendessen) vom einfachen BBQ bis Men's Toast. Das Hotel bietet ebenfalls einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service halbstündlich zum Mandalay Bay und stündlich zum MGM. Auch verfügt das Hotel über einen kleinen Poolbereich und Sitzmöglichkeiten drumherum. Alles war stets sauber (Außenbereich wie Zimmer). Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen für einen Aufenthalt in Las Vegas.

War mit meiner Family in der USA in der Herbstferien. 2. Station nach NYC war Las Vegas. Das Hotel liegt wie der Name schon sagt im südlichen Teil von Las Vegas unweit vom Madalay Bay (hierin und zum Hotel New York - New York gibt es einen kostenlosen Hotelshuttle). Diesen kann man auch reservieren zurück zum Flughafen. Hin haben wir ein Taxi genommen, Fahrzeit 15min, Kosten 25US$ (nicht gerade billig). Wie dem auch sei, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel sehr schön mit schöner Poolanlage und Basketball-Court. Einziges Manko: Liegt fast direkt in der Ausflugschneise vom nahe gelegenen Airport. Die Hospitaliy Hour war OK, könnte aber durchaus besser sein.

We stayed over this past weekend for a soccer tournament. I had booked this hotel a 2 bedroom family suite through a third company over 3 months ago. At the time of check in the manager informed me that the hotel was overbooked and they were not able to accommodate me and my family with the room I had requested. Instead they gave us 2 separate rooms which was very inconvenient specially when you have little kids. I talked to another representative at the front desk and he told me that it was the managers responsibility to verify all the reservations for that day instead of booking the room to other people, very disappointing. Also, they do allow pets in this facility, and the room right next to us had a dog barking constantly. Definitely, not a good experience at this hotel, my first and last time here.

This hotel is so underrated! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My GFs and I had a red eye flight out of Vegas and decided to grab a room to freshen up before we headed out at 1 am. Holy smokes! Our Kingsize bed suite was so spacious. This place has a kitchenette, living room, nice bathroom and glam area. I cannot believe we did not stay here the first night in Las Vegas for the price tag we paid. Our destination was Zion National Park and we just needed a haul room. We paid way too much for a place off the strip. If you are not visiting Vegas for the bling and kaching, this is your spot and it is absolutely worth it! Rooms are clean, and exactly what you would expect from a Residence Inn. They are definitely on point with the RI Marriott brand. Check in process was also really smooth. The gal at the front desk was so sweet and helped us figure out where to go. They offer breakfast but we had to miss out. Yes, there is a parking fee but that’s disclosed on the fine print in the confirmation emails they send you and on the website. The parking lot is easy to maneuver and it’s quiet past 10 pm. Overall, next time my family visits Vegas and needs a place to haul over, this is the spot!

Wonderful stay! We had the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, cozy and very nicely updated. Breakfast was good. The staff was attentive and friendly. Great location - we loved that we could walk to In N Out Burger and Allegiant Stadium. Highly recommend!

Be aware. This hotel will book your room from under you. We were stranded in Vegas for the Steelers game. The manager Gabby lied to corporate and said we stayed there. She lied to me and said she was not aware of the situation but she is who the staff called. No one in this company cares about the customer. We have 3 tickets for customer service and still had to call back 3 months later. They have no accountability. Be aware

The room is very nice and the maid service is excellent. Clean and neat. The kids in the room next door were loud and slammed the doors a lot. But luckily not at night.

The breakfast was fine, except it says open until 10am. I went down at 9:40 to get coffee and milk and everything, including the coffee, was shut down.

Finally, they have a small shop with refrigerated items. 10+ different kinds of flavored water and juice. However no milk! And no Coke or Pepsi and/or soda whatsoever ever. And 3 wrinkled bags of plain M&Ms and 4 sad Milky Way bars. And a bunch bags a assorted processed snacks, but no nuts or crackers. We come to Las Vegas a lot and bring my son because family live here.
We will think twice before coming to this hotel because with such poor stock and not one store anywhere nearby, it's annoyingly inconvenient.
