L’Occitane is your very own little taste of France right here in Salt Lake City. This store in particular holds a special place in my heart. I have been shopping here for years, and Ludwig the manager and his staff never cease to delight. Come for the luxurious French products, stay for the warmth, ambience, and delightful conversation.

About 6 years ago I was just cruising through this mall and was invited in for a free facial at LOccitane. I had struggled with acne all my teen years. I was in my early 20’s, still fighting it. Back then every time I walked through a mall somebody selling a miracle acne product would always stop me to try and sell their product. It was irritating and demeaning to say the least. Always being reminded what I looked like and being treated like there was a problem with my face. The girl who invited me in for the facial here was very nice. Also young like me and shared her personal success story. Turned out she was the manager of this location at the time. I thought to myself “that’s great that it worked for you but nothing ever works for me”. Well finally I was wrong!!! For years my skin problem had been misdiagnosed as excess oily skin when I really had dry skin! I didn’t believe her when she said that, but gave it a try anyway. She gave me a facial with the correct product, I bought it, used it and voila! Acne gone. ? I have ritually used LOccitane En Provence’s moisture product lineup ever since for cleansing and moisturizing my face. It started in a green bottle but after a couple years or so they changed it to a blue bottle. I wasn’t a fan of the change, but the blue has still kept my acne away really well. I look back on old photos now and can’t believe how bad it used to be and how ashamed I was of my appearance without even realizing how strong those feelings toward myself were. Thank you LOccitane!!!
