Four years of doing almost everything to ease my lower back pain. Surgery, medication, alternative & physical therapy, classes did nothing. PA Jamie Case is the only one who got me to feel better. Still in the process of getting fully well but the relief she gave me was amazing. I am blessed to get to have her take care of me. Jamie Case and Dr. Sandell have been about the only Dr's that I can rely on for the past 4 years for help with my chronic spine, neck pain. They are both caring and spend time with me. I see Jamie very often and I can see how much she wants me to improve and knows what I am going through. I do wish it had not become so difficult to recently continue my typical treatment thanks to insurance companies, DEA, and basically the negative images given to people that sadly must use opioids to be functional at all. I also find it sad that alternative medicines in a "pro" state are not an option even if it turns out not useful. I also cannot fathom why if a doctor want to prescribe a legitimate dose of a legitimate med you cannot simply pay out of pocket for it if your insurance will not cover it. Too many bad rules for us that suffer. This should never reflect on this practice though since they do all they can. Thank you Docs!
