I am giving a very low score due to several factors. The room had old food in the fridge when I arrived. I know things get missed, so I was not upset. I called to the front desk immediately after getting to my room and they said they would clean it in the morning. I returned the next evening, still no cleaning. When they finally sent housekeeping, the woman explained to me that she didn't clean it because the mess was mine. Essentially they were accusing me of lying AND, they chose to ignore the request to clean the refrigerator.
I emailed customer service on the matter, to which they asked if I had spoken to the front desk.
I replied with all activity to them, yet they failed to ever get back to me.
Resolution: 3 attempts to get the refrigerator cleaned.
Hotel management: 1 out of 10 score
Marriott Customer Service: 1 out of 10 score

Stayed here for the Linkin Park concert at Globe Life Field. Rooms are older but clean and comfortable. Decent parking off street, definitely too tight for all the diesel trucks trying to park in the back. Otherwise it’s in a great location at a great price.

Rooms are old. The lighting is dark. Carpet is old and un- cleanable. There was no hot water in kitchen sink. But the worst part of the stay was the roaches. The big ones. Killed 3 and found dead ones behind bed. Was there for 2 nights. Offered to be moved to new room and they gave me one night credit. At the state of room I would not recommend it at this time. Don't know how Marriott keeps it name on this hotel. Only reason for 2 stars was for the offer to move me and giving credit but should not have paid anything.

Most everything's was fine with the hotel, but one of our coaches truck was stolen from their parking lot. No surveillance cameras, it seems. People should feel comfortable leaving their vehicles in their parking lot. I saw security, but one can only assume they don't work after 12 am.

This hotel will do, but if you want to feel secure, you're into aesthetics, and the small details mean a lot; this is not the place for you. The hotel could use a makeover. This hotel was a lower standard than what I've come accustomed to from Marriott.

Went to Arlington for a football tourney with a large group. One of our families was turned away by Supervisor Harley for something absolutely ridiculous. We’ve already connected with Marriot HQ on that. Separately, the pillows, mattresses and linens were awful and I ran out of hot water taking a 5 min shower. Do not recommend with all of the other hotel selection in this area.

Positive: "" Negative: Room A/C was treble didn?t work had to change us to another room in the middle of the night. Than they moved us to another room the toilet was making so much noise. Had a bad experience staying there. Never again. Didn?t not sleep the whole time.
